What is Good Noming?

• Good Noming is a food company that believes in using simple and real ingredients to bring out the natural flavours of food. Our signature granolas are handcrafted in small batches, with no added oil, refined sugar, or artificial preservatives.

How is Good Noming's granola different from other cereal and granolas?

• Good Noming's granolas stand out with no added oil and no refined sugar! Each batch is lovingly handcrafted using natural sweeteners and real ingredients, making them the perfect treat any time of day!

How can I contact Good Noming?

What are your business hours?

• We're available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order & Payment

Where can I buy Good Noming products?

• Good Noming products can be purchased online from goodnoming.com or Shopee. Our products will be made available on Lazada soon.

How do I apply my promo code?

1. Select the bag icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen to access your shopping cart.
2. Click on "Redeem your coupon". This is located either below the "Checkout button" or below the "TOTAL" amount, depending on your device.
3. Enter your promo code in the textbox and click "Apply".

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept all major debit and credit cards on goodnoming.com. Payments are in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

• Your payment details are safe. We use Stripe and all payment details are encrypted and securely processed in compliance with international card payment security standards. We do not have access to your payment details.

Do you accept bulk or corporate/pantry orders?

• Yes, please email hi@goodnoming.com to inquire.

Delivery

Can I pick up my order?

• We currently do not offer any pick-up option. You can enjoy free delivery for orders of $45 and above.

When will I receive my order?

• You can expect to receive your order within 5 working days of order confirmation.

How can I track my delivery?

• A delivery notification email will be sent once your order is shipped. To check delivery status of your order, please email hi@goodnoming.com with your order number.

What are the delivery costs?

• Delivery within Singapore is free with a minimum order subtotal spending of $45. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is $6 per order.

Do you offer express or scheduled delivery?

• We only provide standard delivery at the moment.

Where do you deliver?

• We deliver islandwide within Singapore except for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island).
• Please contact us before placing your order if delivery is to a restricted area.

Do you ship internationally?

• No, we currently only deliver within Singapore.

Product

How long can I keep my granola?

• Our granolas are baked fresh and do not contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives. They are best before 4 weeks from purchase.
• Once opened, we recommend storing the granola in an airtight jar and placed in a cool, dry place away from light at room temperature. It is best consumed within 10 days of opening for maximum freshness.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

• All our products are suitable for vegetarians, and our only range of nuts is suitable for vegan.

What sweeteners do you use?

• We use natural, unrefined sweeteners like honey or dried fruits.

Are your products halal-certified?

• We are currently not Halal certified, but our products do not contain pork, lard, or alcohol.

Are your products organic?

• While Good Noming products are not currently certified as organic, we are committed to using high-quality and natural ingredients. Our priority is to maintain accessibility without compromising our brand values. We work closely with our suppliers to align their standards with our commitment to provide wholesome products.

Are your products glutten-free?

• While our products do not contain gluten-based ingredients, they are not certified gluten-free and may have traces of gluten due to cross-contamination.

Are your products nut-free?

• We have nut-free options such as Crunchy Clean Granola, but all our products are made in a facility that handles nuts.

Is granola healthy?

• At Good Noming, we believe that health and nutrition depend on the quantity and quality of ingredients. Not all calories are the same. We are dedicated to producing granola without refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. Our products are both energy-dense and nutrient-rich, supporting a well-balanced diet, providing sustainable energy throughout the day, and leaving you feeling satisfied.

Cancellation & Refund

Can I change or cancel my order?

• Changes are only possible before order confirmation. Please email hi@goodnoming.com with your order number for assistance.

What is your refund policy?

• We care about your satisfaction. Contact us at hi@goodnoming.com within 14 days from purchase, with your order number and proof of defect. We'll evaluate and respond within 3 working days*.

*Refunds are only applicable for defective products purchased from goodnoming.com. No cancellation is allowed upon order confirmation.
